Tuition

Gwiggles currently has availability for children ages 3 - 5.5 years old.

 

 

Our hours and rates are as follows: 

Full time  (Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm)  $650 a week

Pick up and drop off times are flexible. 

Temporary and Drop in care is available on a limited basis.

 

Families who enroll their child full time have the option to start part time for the first month during their child's adjustment period. With this option hours would be from 8:30am to 12:30pm and families pay a rate of $325 a week. 

Children's Council and Woo Yee discounts are available for families that qualify.

Families may choose to pay weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Accepted forms of payment are: Personal checks, Pay Pal, Venmo and direct deposit.

TUITION INCLUDES: 

Organic, fresh, home made, vegan/vegetarian meals (am snack, lunch, pm snack)

Inclusion and Diversity:

At Gwiggles we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive community. We eagerly welcome children and families of all religions and religious beliefs, cultures, physical abilities, learning needs, gender identities and ethnicities. We encourage families to share their cultures with us so that we can all expand our worldview, and so that learning about different cultures becomes an ongoing experience for the children and adults who are a part of our program.

Availability:

We currently have one immediate availability for a child age 3 - 5.5 years old. The opening can also be reserved now for a later start date.

Waitlist:

Families may join the waitlist when their child is 2.5 years or older. In order to join the waitlist you must first submit an application or set up a phone call with the owner or administrator.

Enrollment:

Gwiggles accepts children ages 3 - 5.5 years old for enrollment. Enrollment is continued on a month to month basis. Families are required to provide one month's notice prior to ending enrollment. 

 

 

 

 

Enrollment costs:

The cost of enrollment is a registration fee of $100, payment for the first week of services, and a security deposit for the amount of one week of services. Families do not need to begin their payments until their child's second week at Gwiggles. The security deposit will be applied to the last week of services. 

Step 1

Contact us:

Please reach out to us via email, by phone, or by submitting an application. The application is free and takes about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Set up a tour:

We will get in touch with you in order to set up a day and time for either an in person tour or a virtual tour via Zoom or FaceTime. During your tour we can answer all of your questions and give you more information about our program and our staff. Before attending a virtual or in-person tour you must first fill out an application.  

Step 3

Receive an admissions decision:

After your tour you'll let us know if you would like to enroll in our program. We will follow up with you within two weeks at the very latest in order to let you know if we are able to admit your child. We make our decision based on your desired start date and your child's age in relation to the other children who are currently enrolled in our program. 

Step 4

Enroll your child:

Once we receive your enrollment fees your space is secured. Once we receive all of your paperwork and your child's immunization record then they are fully enrolled. 

If we are unable to admit your child on your desired start date you will be given the option to join our waitlist in order to be considered for our next availability. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee future enrollment.
